1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, connecting a wallet, or participating in any activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including all rules, disclaimers, and policies incorporated herein.

2. Description of the Platform

PlayToken Game is a decentralized, skill-based digital mining and strategy game built on the BNB Smart Chain. The Platform allows Users to:

• Participate in pool-based mining battles
• Allocate PlayTokens or PlayPoints ("Fuel") to pools
• Engage in competitive block-based gameplay
• Earn in-platform rewards based on game rules
• Swap supported utility tokens (e.g., ARBT / MTOKEN to PLAY)
• View leaderboards, statistics, and historical block data

The Platform is provided strictly for entertainment and gameplay purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to participate
• You have full legal capacity to accept these Terms
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where such platforms are prohibited
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account & Wallet Responsibility

To use the Platform, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your wallet and private keys
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Ensuring wallet compatibility with BNB Smart Chain
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access

We do not store, access, or control your wallet, private keys, or funds. All blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. Nature of the Game (Skill-Based)

PlayToken Pool Battle is a skill-based digital strategy game. The Game:

• Does not constitute gambling, betting, or wagering
• Does not offer odds or house advantage
• Does not rely on chance-based outcomes
• Uses fixed, transparent, and verifiable rules

User success depends primarily on:

• Analytical skills
• Strategic decision-making
• Pool selection judgment
• Risk and resource management

7. Game Mechanics

• Each round consists of two pools
• A User may select only one pool per round
• The pool with the lower total Fuel volume at block closure is declared the winning pool
• Settlement logic is transparent and verifiable on-chain

Outcome Logic:

• Winning Pool: User receives 1× refund + 1.9× reward (total 2.9× PLAY)
• Losing Pool: User receives 2× refund (total 2× PLAY, no reward)

Mining blocks occur approximately every 10 minutes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Fees

The Platform may charge the following non-refundable fees:

• Mining Fee: Operational and blockchain processing fee, payable in BNB or USDT, as displayed
• Swap Fees: As shown on the swap interface
• Withdrawal Fees: Fixed BNB network fees, regardless of asset type

Fees may change due to network or operational conditions.

9. Jurisdictional Compliance

• India: The Game qualifies as a game of skill and does not fall under gambling laws, including the Public Gambling Act, 1867.
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): The Platform operates strictly as a skill-based digital game.
• European Union (EU): The Platform follows principles of transparency, fairness, and consumer protection.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Manipulate or exploit gameplay mechanics
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Engage in fraud, AML, or terrorist financing violations

11. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that:

• Digital assets involve inherent risk
• Gameplay outcomes are not guaranteed
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Technical issues or smart contract risks may occur
• Regulatory changes may affect availability

You may lose all Virtual Assets used in gameplay.

12. No Assured Returns

The Platform does not promise:

• Profits
• Income
• Risk-free participation
• Guaranteed rewards

All outcomes arise solely from gameplay decisions.

13. KYC, AML & Source of Funds

The Platform may require KYC verification at any time, including for withdrawals. Users confirm that:

• All funds originate from lawful sources
• The Platform may monitor or report suspicious activity
• Accounts may be restricted or suspended for non-compliance

14. Responsible Play

Users agree to play responsibly and use discretionary resources only. The Platform may introduce safeguards or limits at its discretion.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

• Gameplay losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of tokens, data, or profits
• User misinterpretation of rules or data

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

17. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
